If you’re anything like me, you want things to change quickly – there’s nothing worse than doing weeks, months – even years – of exercise, with no effect. In answer to the first question, a hearty yes. To be honest, I’ve been working out using The Muscle Maximizer for over a month – more like five weeks. I know what my definition of ripped is, and I can tell you I’m getting there. In my case we’re talking from slight beer gut/general shapelessness (embarrassment over my form) to clear signs of definition in the arms and torso (not scared to take my shirt off). I’ve got so much motivation from what I’ve achieved so far that I’m going to carry on. This works.
